California prunes – the premium product in a competitive market – wanted to break into the foodservice sector. We targeted fine dining restaurants and created a beautiful book of inspiring ideas and information that showcases California prunes in a new light. We commissioned a development chef to create the concepts, wrote, designed and prepared the photography for the book, which was launched at the annual Skills for Chefs conference.
