We were commissioned to communicate the launch of Royal Canin’s most tailored prescription diet range ever – the Vet Care Nutrition range. Careful handling was needed as the new range included some diets that already existed, delisted some others and introduced some new ones…which could all be confusing and irritating for practices who were familiar with the existing products. Our solution included designing tools that specifically managed that transition for vets and their clients in a clear and helpful way, helping to create a smooth, trouble-free transition that was seen as a positive change for the better.
