
Our client tells us that California prunes are the best quality on the market, and we believe him. So when the California Prune Board wanted to enter the foodservice sector, which we know a thing or two about, our advice was to aim for the top – fine dining restaurants.
We commissioned an award-winning chef to create a portfolio of recipe concepts, then showcased them in this book (which we designed, wrote and photographed) to inspire chefs to get passionate about California prunes!
