
Consumers, especially female consumers, know that prunes are a great addition to a healthy diet. But after you’ve had them with yogurt for breakfast, what else can you do? Quite a lot, actually, and it became clear that a little inspiration and imagination was all that was needed to get prunes (from California, of course) into the shopping basket and onto the plate.
We created, tested, styled and photographed a collection of recipes, all to a careful nutritional profile, and published them along with other information about goodness and quality. This handy little book now lives happily in many a kitchen as a constant reminder that a day’s just not the same without a prune.
