We always like to be proactive with our clients, so when we saw the opportunity to promote pork as the centrepiece of the Christmas table, we were quick to suggest to Blythburgh that they should get ahead of the game. They agreed, and we created a unique festive pork roast for them– a fruit-stuffed belly and loin joint. Our photography makes it look every bit the Christmas star and helps promote it to butchers as an extra sales opportunity for their festive season – as long as they stocked Blythburgh Free Range Pork, of course.
