Our brief was to keep British pork top of chefs’ minds throughout the year, especially across seasonal menu changes. The 64-page book we created includes useful information about pork and seasonal ingredients, and original pork recipes commissioned from six chefs around the country. We briefed and worked with the chefs, wrote and designed the book, styled and created all the photography. Oh, and ate most of the pork.
