Our client wanted to encourage consumers to use California prunes as a cooking ingredient at home. Our solution was this handy little booklet, designed to promote year-round use of this versatile ingredient. We devised recipes suitable for every season and all occasions, with full nutritional breakdowns, photographed them and made the whole thing look good enough to eat. Holland & Barrett were so impressed we also made them a branded version that was distributed through all their UK stores.
